Outbreak enemies come in two types.
(1) |
A type that moves
from room to room |
These enemies move from room to room.
There are two types of movement.
Tracking |
This zombie tracks the player.
Zombies will stay in the room even if the player hides in a locker or similar. |
Patrol |
This zombie will patrol the determined route.
If the player hides in a locker or similar, the zombies will eventually leave. |
|
Zombie,Hunter,
Axeman,
Tyrant,Tanatos,
Elephant |
(2) |
Fixed type that does not move from the room |
These enemies do not track or patrol from room to room. |
Zombie,Dog,Crow,Wasp,etc |
This editor software edits RTP files.
I don't know the meaning of the official RTP file, but I'm assuming it's an acronym for Route Tracking Patrol.
With this editor function, it is possible to change the position of the enemy that is tracking (patrolling) like
(1).
It's hard to explain, but zombies virtually move in a time sequence when the player isn't around.
If the player enters the room at the time the zombie is present, the position of the zombie will change
according to the time sequence.
In other words, it is possible to change the position of the zombie with this editor.
RTP files do not exist in all scenarios.
Only in some scenarios.
In other words, the RTP file exists only in scenarios where zombies etc. track (patrolling).

In a scenario where an RTP file exists and the selected room has RTP information, selecting RTP EDITOR in the menu on the viewer screen will display the following:
This screen shows the elephant's position in the Elephant stage of the scenario Wild things.
In other words, if an elephant is in this area when the player enters this Elephant stage, it will be anywhere from (0) to (4) depending on the timing. |
